Can I enter country A (ex: Greece) with another Schengen Visa (obtained from ex: France)?

In general YES, but high probability there will be some limitations in the future. Traveler issued a visa from France, entered Spain as first entry. When reapplied for visa renewal from France, visa validity was minimized and the reason was I didn’t stamp in France as a first entry. Later on I was informed that it depends on their mood really 😅 but better be safe than sorry.

How can I make a fake flight booking for visa appointment?

Option 1: Call EgyptAir (1717 from your mobile or 090070000 from any landline - within Egypt), or go to the Egyptair office and literally ask them for a temporary booking for visa appointments and they give it to you without any charges. Option 2: You can book a full flex fare and then afterwards cancel it. You get the full refund. Option 3: Use any flight booking website like Priceline, full refund within 24 hours.

Have a waterproof bag, you can usually buy them from Decathlon that I swim with and take minimal stuff. Or leave everything at home and swim with the keys. Can be purchased from Amazon, Ikea, Decathlon Egypt.

Is 1 hour transit in X airport (Zurich airport) doable? Will the bags arrive ?

If it's same airline/terminal then there is a chance, but risky, specially with flight delays. Always have a second plan. Try to find another flight after 3 hrs or so, then if you miss the first one, the agents might allow you on the 2nd flight assuming it's not overbooked.
